Located in Lapu-Lapu City, Pacific Cebu Resort has to be one of the most Instagram-worthy resorts in Cebu. What’s even better is that it’s not as pricey as the others!
Earlier this month, I had a much-needed staycation at this resort after a stressful week. As I’m often juggling multiple projects at a time, it’s mandatory to have a breather every now and then. We can’t just spend our whole lives working, you know! 😀
As per Pacific Cebu Resort‘s official website, they have 134 guest rooms, suites, and villas situated on a 6.5-hectare coastal land. They also have their own pier for guests who would like to go island hopping.
Anyway, the room was nice. It had two single beds, a desk, a huge mirror, a mini bar, a closet, and a pair of flipflops. There’s also a balcony (as seen in the photo above). The bathroom, on the other hand, had a decent shower and bathtub. The resort also provides bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as hand soaps and dental kits.
The resort has three swimming pools: the infinity pool, the diving pool, and the kiddie pool. The photo above shows the infinity pool. I didn’t get to take pictures of the other two though because I was… too lazy. Haha.
Pictured above is the pool bar. You can enjoy some drinks while soaking in the pool. 😉
So, let’s talk about the food. Upon arriving, we ordered a Beef Teriyaki Pizza (or was it? I kind of forgot haha). It tasted good, but I’m not a fan of bean sprouts so I had to take them out. LOL
I also got to try their Mi Goreng for dinner, which was (surprisingly) served on a platter. And then for breakfast, there’s a buffet that offers various cuisines. My camera fogged up from the air conditioning so I wasn’t able to take a lot of pictures, just my plate. I really liked their wide variety of offerings though. A great way to start the day!
Lastly, I would like to thank Traveloka for this staycation. I joined a photo contest on Instagram hosted by the booking website and won a discount voucher, which I used to book my stay at Pacific Cebu Resort!
I am a twenty-something free spirit from Cebu, Philippines. I love to travel, take photos, and write about my experiences. When I’m not traveling, I go freediving wherever. I aim to inspire others to care for the environment, especially our oceans as it is the lifeblood of our planet.
