Cebu has a lot of beautiful beaches, and this is one of them.
Basdaku Beach is one of my favorite beaches in Cebu, especially during non-peak season. Its clear waters and serene atmosphere are just what I need to shake off every bit of work-related stress. Surely, it’s going to be packed with people this holy week. But if you’re not allergic to crowds, unlike me, go ahead! Haha.
And because I’m a budgetarian, another reason why I like it here is because it’s cheap. The entrance fee is only P5.00/person! If you’re taking public transportation, the bus fare going to Moalboal (from South Bus Terminal) is around P110/person (not sure), and the tricycle fare going to the beach is P20/person.
Traveling to Moalboal in a private vehicle is faster and much more convenient, especially if you’re with a group. There are many car rental shops around Cebu though, so there’s no need to worry about getting a vehicle fit for your group!
This beach isn’t only what the municipality of Moalboal has to offer.
